Consortium of Derbyshire County Council, Realestateworks, BNP Paribas, RLB Cost Management and HLM architects is seeking alternative ideas for the Derbyshire County Council’s headquarters as the council seek to make the most of the unique historic building and bring a new lease of life for Matlock and the surrounding area.
